We undertake tree surveys to BS5837:2005 for planning applications, and tree safety inspections to the emerging BS5816. We work extensively in planning and development, prepare management plans for trees and woodlands, including veteran trees and landscape features such as avenues and arboreta, and we provide advice on Tree Preservation Order matters.
Expert Witness
Much of our work involves Expert Witness duties, including forensic accident investigation, Tree Preservation Order prosecutions, tree-related neighbour disputes and subsidence allegations. Our company principal is an accredited Expert Witness with considerable experience in planning Inquiries, civil litigation and the Crown Court.
