We are pleased for a recent instructing client who has secured just over £300K in an out of Court settlement over serious injuries he sustained when a diseased tree fell on him at his place of work. The Defendant’s expert accepted the findings of JFL’s report, namely that the tree was obviously suffering from serious basal decay which would have been apparent had it been properly inspected prior to its collapse.
